Online Designer Sarees offers the worldwide delivery of every product. For the shipment of your order courier, the courier company needs the complete address with the proper information such as postal code/ pin code and also mobile number/telephone. For that purpose, only, you need to each and every detail in the Shipping Address form.
Here are some considerations related to shipping...
We are not responsible for the incomplete address that you entered, we consider as an incorrect one once we already sent the order, also credit will not be given for such cases. We don't ship on Sundays or holidays in India, as the logistic partner doesn't work on these days. The order will take maximum 9 to 11 days to get. Note that, the international shipments will be left at the door if there is no one to take the order. Couriers ine countries such as Canada, Australia are known as an international shipment.
What is the cost of shipping?
We are charging USD 10 per product per shipment to any part of the world, except Mauritius and South Africa.
We charge 20 USD for a lump sum product for Mauritius and South Africa.
Tracking and Shipping details
Our shipping partner is DHL Courier Private Limited.
Once we have delivered the order to the courier company, we will send you an email with the tracking number and details of the courier company's website.
If the Customer found that the product sent or the incorrect manufacturing defect that the customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the Courier. You have to inform us on only by email, the call is not acceptable.
The customer did not like the reason the product will not be enough to return the item. We cut 40% of the cost of the product as a processing fee and the return shipping costs of the Client if he/she returns the items or CANCEL the order.
Refunds will not be accepted for tailor-made clothing, including ready-made sarees, sewn sarees with a custom blouse, Salwar Kameez, Kurtis and Stitched Lehenga Choli.
The customer can obtain a full refund if we have sent incorrect products or manufacturing defects, sometimes it is possible that we request a digital image of the same to review it.
Here is the way to return the package:
Replacement of the product, in case of damaged or incorrect items, we will replace it with a new item.
In case you do not want to receive the replacement, you may have credit in the store after contacting our customer service department. This credit will be valid for 1 year.

Some FAQs related to refund of the canceled order
How to get the refund for the canceled order?
Once the confirmation is done for the refund, we will soon move forward with the refund. Refunds will be credited to the same mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be made in a maximum of 7 days of time. Refunds always depend on banks, payment gateways, etc.
What are the available refund modes after cancellation?
Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive the refund in the form of credit from the store or cancellation of the payment through the source of payment that we received.
VAT and customs duties
International customers are responsible for the customs duties imposed by their country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict where they will occur since policies vary greatly from one nation to another.
Depending on the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT/customs duties and import duties are not in our hands. VAT/customs duties and import duties are not included in our order process, but the governmental rules of your country may charge you.
What if it happens? Exceptional cases such as delays in order delivery
The shipping times mentioned on the Online Designer Sarees website for each item are only indicative and approximate values.
But, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur.
Any delay in shipping due to an item being sold out or damaged in the seam or anything else in that case, we will contact you by email only.
Returns, refunds, replacements, and changes will not be accepted for this reason.
